岗位职责：
1.协助总经理完成日常工作的处理，努力作好总经理的参谋助手，起到承上启下的作用，认真做到全方位服务；
2.帮助总经理管理公司，并提出处理意见或建议以提高公司管理水平；
3.完成总经理交代的其他工作；
任职职责：
1.名校毕业,硕士或同等学力MBA/EMBA优先；
2.自动化、电子信息或者企业管理、中文、对外汉语等相关专业；
3.形象好、气质佳，人品好，忠诚度高，充满正能量；
4.具备一定的创新精神和开拓精神，较高的主人翁意识；
5.具备良好的语言表达、文字表达能力，具备经理助理工作经验；
6.较强的分析、解决问题能力，思路清晰，考虑问题细致周全，做事客观、严谨负责;
7.具有较强的人际沟通、协调、组织能力及高度的团队精神；综合能力强，工作效率高；
